As we approach the fall season this year I’m certain many are preparing for their harvest. Spiritually I would pose the question, “Have we spent our time and energy planting throughout 2025 in order to experience a fruitful harvest?”

 

“Let us not become weary in  doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” – Galatians 6:9 

 

“Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.” – Matthew 9:37 

 

“Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.” – 2 Corinthians 9:6 

 

“Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of  righteousness.” – James 3:18  

 

I pray we are all going about the Father’s work. All the while remembering our job is to plant His word. Trusting in His promise that His word will not return to Him void; but His word will fulfill its intended purpose. We must just remain faithful to do our part, in all confidence, knowing that His word will not fail. So let’s plant that seed of love, of kindness and of patience allowing others to see Christ through us.
